If Brit Phelan were a drink, it would be Orange Soda.
Fizzy, vibrant, and non-traditional with playfulness at its core. Her goal is sometimes humor. Often happiness. Always grounded in life. Brit is a director known for creating real, emotionally inventive work, from films to campaigns for Nike, White Claw (featured in Adweek and Ad Age), and Powerade.
She wields every tool at her disposal to make imagined worlds feel lived-in and real.
She began as a director's assistant on the documentary Cropsey, learning to edit, then pitched and launched a YouTube channel for Storyblocks using the Phantom Miro. Obsessed with Wieden + Kennedy’s Nike Maker’s campaign, she moved to Portland, built a video department, and created a NikeFuelBand video that led to a role at W+K, where she developed a signature style blending intimate imagery, motion graphics, and visual effects.
Born in Europe and raised in New York, Brit splits her time between New York City and Paris, drawing on a global aesthetic to create intimate, universally resonant stories.
